Accessibility
In order to reach as many users as possible, the Síndic de Greuges de la Comunitat Valenciana wants its Online Office to be completely accessible, in particular to those people with some kind of specific needs (physical, sensorial or cognitive disabilities, as well as people with technological limitations).
That is the reason why we have designed our web site according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 1.0), published by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We want our Online Office to be accessible to the triple A level.

Applied technologies
The online office meets to the AAA level of the Accessibility Guidelines of W3C*.
XHTML language 1.0 version has been successfully used.
* Some PDF files and videos may have accessibility problems, as well as the complaint form. Due to security reasons, those electronic signature actions require a browser capable to run and download javascript and those electronic signature components such as Active X or Applet.
