I want to make a complaint/query

Para presentar una queja basta con que rellenes nuestro formulario o nos envíes una carta firmada, indicando:

  • Tus datos personales, el DNI / NIF / CIF/ NIE o pasaporte, un teléfono de contacto y un domicilio a efectos de notificaciones.
  • Breve explicación de tu problema, así como de las gestiones que hayas hecho ante la Administración para intentar solucionarlo.
  • Conviene que acompañes la documentación que tengas, en relación con tu problema.

Si te surjen dudas sobre si el problema que tienes puede ser admitido como queja, plantéanos tu consulta bien a través de este formulario o a través de nuestra Oficina de Atención Ciudadana (teléfono gratuito 900 21 09 70; correo electrónico consultas_sindic@gva.es).

Te recordamos que la tramitación de tu queja no suspende la ejecución de las resoluciones administrativas o judiciales ni tampoco interrumpe los plazos legales para recurrir contra ellos.

Ways to make a complaint/query

You can also submit your complaint without digital signature by filling in the complaint form in this web. Those users without digital signature will be able to know the status of their complaint.

Those user who do not have either the Electronic Spanish Idefilentification Card (DNI-e) or the Digital Certificate issued by the Generalitat Valenciana (ACCV) may look up the status of their complaint by dialling free-phone number
