I want to file a complaint

In order to file a complaint you can either fill in this form or send us a signed letter including the following details:

  • Personal information, ID Card or passport, a contact telephone number and an address in order to send you future notifications.
  • A brief explanation of the problem, as well as your efforts to solve it with the administration.
  • It is advisable if you could include all the documents relating to your problem.

If you may have any doubt about if the problem can be admitted as a complaint, please make us a query or contact the Citizen’s Advice Office through our free telephone number (+34) 900 21 09 70.

Please note that the processing of your complaint does not suspend the execution of administrative or judicial decisions, nor interrumpt the legal deadlines to appeal against them.

Those messages which contain offensive, racist, xenophobic expressions for human dignity, those with statements in support of violence or illegal activities, and those which go against the principles of the democratic coexistence, will be automatically removed from any formalities to follow.

With digital signature

If you make use of your digital certificate on your communications with the Ombudsman, you will have access to our general register office online in order to send any document (complaints, inquiries, applications…). Moreover, people using a digital certificate will be able to know the status of his/her complaint. All these actions can be performed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, in a safe and easy way. Those steps carried out on public holiday, according to the Comunidad Valenciana working calendar, will be effective the next working day.

Without digital signature

You can also submit your complaint without digital signature by filling in the complaint form in this web. Those users without digital signature will be able to know the status of their complaint file by calling this free telephone number (+34) 900 21 09 70.
