The page that opens below allows you to access the State of your complaint. You have access to the communications maintained with the Defender and the possibility of adding more information or documentation to your file.

It is important to consider that the services of the Institution require a time to study the complaints and reports received from the Administration. For this reason, it is possible that the page that is shown refers to a report or document that has not yet been reported to the interested party, to be under study.

With digital signature

If you make use of your digital certificate on your communications with the Ombudsman, you will have access to our general register office online in order to send any document (complaints, inquiries, applications…). Moreover, people using a digital certificate will be able to know the status of his/her complaint. All these actions can be performed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, in a safe and easy way. Those steps carried out on public holiday, according to the Comunidad Valenciana working calendar, will be effective the next working day.

Without digital signature

You can also submit your complaint without digital signature by filling in the complaint form in this web. Those users without digital signature will be able to know the status of their complaint file by calling this free telephone number (+34) 900 21 09 70.
