The Regional Ombudsman of Valencia, José Cholbi, has participated in an initiative of the Cadena Ser (Regional Radio Channel) leading the slogan Men stand up. The event  that aimed to show publicly the rejection of violence against women, was held at the Palacio de Congresos (Conference Centre) of Valencia on the occasion of International Day of Violence Against Women. The function has gathered 70 men from different spheres of the Valencian society, led by the President of the Generalitat Valenciana (Regional Government), Alberto Fabra.
